How do I get help fastest?

Use the form above or email utilitylocateiq@gmail.com. Including your app version, device, and steps to reproduce helps us resolve things on the first reply.

I can't sign in to the app.

Make sure you're using the same credentials your account was set up with (ArcGIS, Subsurface Maps, or an email/password login). If you're still stuck, send us a request with the "Account / sign-in" topic and the email you use to sign in.

My map settings or layers aren't showing up.

Map settings are tied to your organization. If a map or its fields aren't appearing, let us know which map and organization you're using under the "Data / sync / map" topic and we'll check your configuration.
